About the Role
As a Prokip State Manager, you will:
- Lead, train, and manage a minimum of 50 Prokip Sales Agents in your state
- Drive the growth and adoption of Prokip among small and medium businesses
- Build and execute state-level expansion strategies with full support from Prokip HQ
- Represent Prokip’s mission to digitize and empower African businesses
You must be ready to commit fully from February to July 2026
Six months of focused leadership, growth, and impact with all or nothing mindset
Training & Preparation
All accepted candidates will undergo a 1-month leadership and execution training from November 21 to December 21, 2025
During this period, you’ll receive:
- Leadership & team management
- Growth strategy and Plan execution
- Recruitment process
- Marketing and Sales Plans
- Business and customer education
- Performance tracking and accountability
- Agent nurturing and retention techniques
- Territory management and expansion planning
- Incentives and commission structure optimization
This training is fully powered and facilitated by Prokip
After the Training
Upon completion and qualification:
- You’ll recruit and lead a team of 50+ agents, Paid, supported and sponsored by Prokip
- You’ll receive operational funding to launch and scale the plan provided
- You’ll get marketing and branding materials
- You’ll receive a detailed execution plan and dedicated support resources
- You’ll get an unbeatable and scalable compensation structure
- And much more, revealed to only qualified candidates
Earnings
Some of your earnings will come from:
– Team sales commissions
– Retention bonuses
– State growth incentives
Top State Managers can earn up to ₦1,500,000 or far more monthly, depending on performance
